Located just 25 minutes south of the Mall of America, we offer medium sized groups a beautiful space to celebrate special occasions and get-togethers. Ammenities include: Free parking, handicap access, air conditioning and guest accommodations in nearby Northfield, Apple Valley and Lakeville. This space is a rare find for anyone looking for something extra special within the metro area. This stunningly unique atmosphere is perfect for: General Information Size: 2,800 square feet open space, Ballroom 60ft x 44ft Accommodations: Up to 187 people including catering staff and entertainers. Entrance: 217 Oak Street and 213 Oak Street elevator access. Free Parking: Street parking and a public lot one block west are available. Time: Event and music to end by 12:00am. Building cleaned and vacated by 12:30am. Extras: Choose your own caterer(must be licensed and insured) or bring your own food. Payment: Cash, Check or Credit Cards accepted, transaction fee applied to all CC payments. Rental Information Please download the printable pdf for your type of event: Rental Agreement: Rental Agreement Banquets and Fundraisers From $15 per person all inclusive, ask for menu choices. Weekday Sports Banquets; Schools, groups, corporate: Monday - Thursday evenings and Saturday, Sunday afternoons available. Reservations: We encourage early reservations to ensure availability but last minute bookings are welcome. A $500.00 booking deposit check is requested to reserve an event date, including a signed contract. 30 days prior to your event the balance of room rental fees, a $300.00 cleaning/security deposit, and payment of any additional rental items and services will be due, as well as final details including delivery times, event time line and room configuration. Checks can be made payable to: Grand Hall Refund Policy / Cancelation: If the event is canceled, refunds are as follows with notice: 180 days or more notice 50% of the booking deposit refunded. No Refunds with less than 181 days notice. Security Deposit: $300 security / damage deposit is due one month prior to the event. Setup day of event after 9am or the day before if available $ 950 Room rental from setup to midnight includes tables and chairs, facility attendant and cleaning prior to your event (The facility attendant will open up and lock up, arrange rental items, manage trash, maintain bathrooms are stocked, manage the facility) $ 350 Optional Sound system & lights for 6 hours (DJ Corneliu) Additional Facility Attendant $25 an hour (you may hire one of our staff people to help with your event: setup, cleanup, etc) $ 200 Optional Extra room with mirrors (bridal party staging area / catering) $1500 Total event package including music, special lighting and wireless mic FOOD SERVICE We recommend Lettuce Cater (651) 755-4798 website or Big Ten Catering website or choose your own caterer (a catering fee applies) BAR SERVICE Grand Hall provides all bar/liquor services. Rental includes: Additional tables, seating, table linens, napkins, place settings, etc., are the responsibility of the renting party. Please contact us if you need to arrange for rental items. Ballroom set-up can be done during regular business hours upon prior approval. Special arrangements can be made during non-business hours for an additional fee.
Food and Beverage Service You are welcome to bring the food caterer of your choice. Grand Hall provides all liquor/bar services. Please note: We do charge a fee for the use and clean up of our staging area (fitness studio), if needed. Sound and Lights We have a sound system and special lighting available for an hourly rate or a flat event rate listed above, you may also bring your own entertainment. Live music welcome. When choosing our DJ, we request that you provide a song list with the artist for special requests at least two weeks in advance. We have a wide variety of music and recommend that you meet with our DJ to plan your entertainment schedule.
